Governor Adams Oshiomhole apologizes over comments to a widow

Gov. Adams Oshiomhole of Edo today Friday November 29th apologized for the comments he made to a widow in Benin during an inspection tour on Mission Road, in the state capital, a fortnight ago.

Oshiomhole said that he now regretted the comments which had become the subject of discourse in the social media. The Governor said that he made the comments in anger.

This was according to the user's mail, the woman has been seeing the boy for a while but he is now angry as money is not forthcoming, moral of the story? Be contended with what you have!

Dillish Matthews who’s been globetrotting in the last few weeks is back in Nigeria and has featured in singer Flavour‘s new video titled ‘Ikwokrikwo‘. The video was directed by Clarence Peters.

Information gathered by Daily Heritage has revealed that hundreds of the country’s unemployed graduates are resorting to internet fraud popularly known as ‘sakawa’ due to frustration and humiliation they are suffering at the hands of relatives and friends.

The phenomenon is gradually gaining grounds in the major city centres at the time the president is making frantic effort in fighting the canker through the various security agencies.

According to some of the graduates who spoke to the Daily Heritage, the devilish act has come about based on the strict laid down specifications employers look out for before they employ a new graduate.

To dispute the perception that Nollywood actresses and actors just sit in their homes, waiting for jobs, some of them actually have an equipped office with staffs. Delectable actress, Chika Ike shared pictures of her office with the caption saying:

The woman was hawking on the road side which is illegal in the state but to tell her to go and die after she knelt in front of him, crying and begging him not to seize her little means of livelihood, is just cold-hearted.

The Flying ‘Wizard’ Who Crash-Landed At Kasoa

A man believed to be in his 70s, who claimed to.be a wizard, was on Wednesday found on the banks of the Okrudu River at Kaimebre, a settlement near the Kasoa New Market in the Central Region..

The man, who gave his name as Charles Atta, looked frail, pale and bore protruding breasts like that of a teenage girl.

3 DEATHS, DAMAGE: Brazil 2014 World Cup Stadium Collapses [PHOTOS]

Sao Paulo, Brazil - Three deaths have been reported since part of the stadium that will host the World Cup opener next year has collapsed on Wednesday, November 27. The accident also caused significant damage.

33-year-old Biola Gbadamosi, has been arrested by the police for allegedly murdering her husband, Jamiu, in Ikorodu , Lagos state.
According to the police, the suspect, who is a nursing mother, stabbed her husband with a knife during an argument over rice.
It was gathered that the suspect and her husband, a Vehicle Inspection Officer have a history of domestic violence.
Biola, who claimed to be an Ordinary National Diploma degree holder from Ibadan Polytechnic was in tears while speaking stated she had no intention of killing her husband, saying she only stabbed him once on the thigh.
She said,"Jamiu and I dated for four years, but when I got pregnant this year, we did introduction and I started living with him in Idi Iroko, Ikorodu. However, when I was three months pregnant, he started beating me.
