During questioning at New Jersey's Teterboro Airport, the "Confident" singer admitted to smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol during the rowdy flight, according to a police report obtained by NBC News.

Justin, 19, and his father Jeremy Bieber, 38, were allegedly "extremely abusive" to a flight attendant on board, and their private jet was so full of marijuana smoke that the pilots were forced to wear oxygen masks.

Two men rape eight-year-old girl to death

Eight-year-old (name withheld), a primary three pupil of Christian Victory Nursery/Primary School, Ikot Ekang, in Etinan Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State, has been molested to death by two unknown men.

It was learnt that the incident occurred on Tuesday between 6.45pm and 7.30pm, when her maternal grandfather, Mr. Enobong Wilson, sent her to a nearby store.

The girl was said to have moved to Wilson house when her father, Mr. Udo Jimmy, died late last year. It was gathered that Udo’s burial arrangement has been fixed on March 8, 2014.

Scotland legalizes same-sex marriage in 105-18 parliament vote

Scotland’s first same-sex marriages are set to take place later this year.

The Scottish parliament on Tuesday voted to pass the Marriage and Civil Partnership (Scotland) Bill by a margin of 105-18, with the first unions set to be conducted in the autumn.

Gay Marriage in Scotland“I believe this bill will have a hugely positive impact on our society and on the health and well-being of LGBT of people in our country,” MSP Jim Eadie said during the debate. “Scotland now has one of the most progressive equal marriage bills in the world. Allowing the option of gender-neutral marriage ceremonies will provide genuine equality for all, including transgender people.”

“This is a profound moment in our nation’s history,” he added.

Politicians cheered as the parliament gave its approval to the bill. It received cross-party backing, despite opposition from both the Scottish Catholic Church and the Church of Scotland.
