A military police photographer has smuggled out of Syria evidence of the torture and killing of 11,000 detainees, according to a report by three former war crimes prosecutors.

The shocking images show emaciated corpses with strangulation marks, cuts, bruising and signs of electrocution – evidence of extreme torture, claim investigators. Some victims had no eyes.

Law Abuse! Nasarawa Woman Disowns Cat For Being Gay

A middle-aged woman (names withheld) publicly disowned her cat which she had kept for seven years as a pet, yesterday in Lafia, Nasarawa state.

She stated her reason was due to its “unnatural sexual behavior” which she finds disturbing and “a contradiction of the laws of nature.” And by this, the cat has made record as the first cat to be declared publicly gay and disowned by its owner.

According to the owner, the cat named bull is alleged to be in the habit of making sexual advances only to the male cats in the house even though there are several other female cats.

Lagos State Government seek to ban smoking in public places


The Lagos State House of Assembly yesterday January 20th passed a bill seeking to make smoking in public places illegal in the state, with first offenders having options of paying a fine of N10,000, three months in jail or both. The bill which is waiting the approval of Gov. Fashola to be signed into law prohibits residents from smoking in places such as libraries, museum, public toilets, schools, hospital, day-care centres, public transportation, restaurants among others.
