Information has it that the duo of Chinedu Ikedieze and Osita Iheme (Aki and Pawpaw) are going to headline entertainment stars who will cheer the Super Eagles during the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil. There was drama at Ejigbo Magistrates’ Court, Lagos, western Nigeria, on Wednesday, when a man identified as Emeka Akabundu, dumped his two kids at the court premises in protest over the arrest of his wife by the police.



Before Akabundu left the court in tears, he alleged that the police at Ikotun Division detained his wife and two children for three days at the station because he could not pay them the money they demanded in order to set them free.

Black Boy Arrested For Wearing £8,000 Watch In London Accuses Police Of Racism

A young boy who was recently arrested by police in London claims he was called a monkey by a police officer and beaten up because he was wearing an expensive watch.

16-year-old Daniel Davies, of Ranelagh Road, said he has lost all faith in the police following his ordeal, which saw him being locked up overnight on suspicion of handling stolen goods, before being released without charge.

Australia finds 2 potential bits of missing Malaysian plane wreckage

Two pieces of wreckage that are possibly from the missing Malaysian Airlines Flight 370 - one estimated to be 78ft in size - have been found to the west of Australia, it was announced yesterday. Army Officer Shoots Worker Dead At Dangote Cement Factory

Violence broke out today, Tuesday at Dangote Cement Factory in Gboko, Benue State. One of the worker was said to have stolen a spare tyre and was caught by the army. When his colleagues tried to get him off the hook, an angry soldier shot the young man and killed him instantly.

The incident has triggered a riot with shelling of gun fire. An eye witness said he saw two dead bodies and one seriously injured victim.

The latest update now is that a Taiwanese student is claiming to have found a satellite image which appears to show the missing passenger plane in the skies above a jungle. The authenticity of the photo has not been verified, and the region depicted in the image is unknown. The image was taken from a map search website currently being used by thousands of people in an attempt to search for the plane.
