Opinion: Jonathan, Amaechi feud and America’s grand conspiracy
America are up there watching and fuelling the burning fire through whom we do not know. Don’t be surprised to see the extent this political crisis would degenerate to…
A reminder to Nigerians: Let us all refresh our memories to a release by the United State of America two years ago that “by 2015 there would be no Nigeria again”.
This is just the beginning of the prophesy coming to pass.
Is it worth investing in a business that you are sure will eventually collapse even though it appears buoyant Initially, that is the case of America and Nigeria. Few years ago, when Obama came to Africa he sidelined Nigeria (the acclaimed giant of Africa for other countries), few weeks back again Obama was in Africa but never deemed it fit to pay homage to the continent’s giant. President Jonathan being a mere fluky president never knew this is a signal from America telling him that there prophesy will never go unaccomplished.
In response to Obama’s action, our aggrieved president wrathfully packed his entire political portfolio (ministers) and the mere Appendage of Power (Dame) in the presidential jet and left for China for investment dialogue: A medium he indirectly directed towards America telling them that without the US Nigeria has alternatives e.g. the second most prosperous country in the world and the giant of Asia.
Nigerians are waiting for the outcome of the MOU signed.
Is it in this political dismay the country is battling with that one progress minded investor will bring their asset and wealth to perish?
Some months ago, former president Olusegun Obasanjo threw President Jonathan off balance when he disclosed his intention to make Governor Sule Lamido and Rotimi Amaechi his presidential candidates for 2015 election. This became a threat the president could not stand and the result is the Jonathan-Amaechi quagmire Nigeria witnesses today and the recent indictment of Governor Lamido’s son carting away with huge sum of money abroad. All these to tarnish their (Lamido and Amaechi) images before the next coming election.
America are up there watching and fuelling the burning fire through whom we do not know. Don’t be surprised to see the extent this political crisis would degenerate to, and before we know it, the whole issue will escalate beyond the confinement of the embattled and confused president and revolution will gradually start to the extent that America would have to come to our rescue and stylishly Nigeria will go through second colonisation in the hands of America keeping in mind that America is interested in our oil.
In summary, the current political crisis in Nigeria is being fuelled by America and will result to second colonisation of Nigeria and America will graciously take over the oil we so much believe in.
Fingers crossed.
