APGA Is Not Serious, My Suspension Is Irrelevant --Okorocha



The controversial suspension of Governor Rochas Okorocha from All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, few days after the embattled Chairman, Victor Umeh reconciled with Governor Peter Obi of Anambra State is still generation a lot of dust.

APGA, a party that has consistently failed to live up to expectations, refused to merge with the APC due to flimsy excuse, We observed. And Governor Okorocha decided to pitch his tent with the new party, giving its promising potentials. This has earned him a suspension from APGA.

Reacting to his suspension, Governor Okorocha said:
The people of the state should just go about their normal duties as APGA is not serious. He described the action of Victor Umeh and others as "irrelevant".

A statement by his Media Assistant, Mr Chinedu Offor on Sunday further disaclosed that, “The governor is currently in the U.S. for a town hall meeting, organised by Imo indigenes at Atlanta, Georgia,” where they are discussing matters that will impact positively on the lives of Imo indigenes.
