Fans of Seun Kuti have aired their views about one of the names he gave his newly born daughter with girlfriend, Yetunde.
Seun who welcomed his daughter on December 14, had her christened at his Ikeja home on Saturday, Feb. 8. He named her Oyindamola, Ifafunmike, Adara Anikulapo-Kuti. Apparently, the name Ifafunmike which means the gods have put her in my care, didn't go down well with his fans who condemned him for walking in his father's traditional belief.
According to them, Seun should dump his recent belief for Christianity. Meanwhile, despite the criticism, few are proud of him for naming his daughter with local Yoruba names as against the likes of Tuface, P-Square, Kaffy, Julius Agwu and the rest who gave their children foreign names.
